Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ada99 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). 6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether initiated by you or imposed by the Operator.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that you satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in this clause.

Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ada99. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether identified by name, identity document, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other technical identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate personal information during registration, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. ada99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ada99 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon triggering an internal compliance review, Users will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid government-issued photo identification: Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence
• Proof of residential address: utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months
• Proof of payment method: screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet or bank account used to deposit
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document

KYC review typically completes within 24–48 hours of submission of all required documents. ada99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ada99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify ada99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Payments

ada99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and other methods as listed on the Platform at time of use. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT and BTC are also accepted.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit is RM10 (Malaysian Ringgit ten). ada99 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time, with changes displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

All funds deposited to ada99 must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ada99 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder's personal payment method.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, and transactions are denominated in MYR. ada99 does not charge currency conversion fees for standard MYR transactions. Where a User initiates a transaction in an alternative currency, any conversion fees or rate differences are borne entirely by the User.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of their available account balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. ada99 targets the following indicative processing times for withdrawal requests, which are not guaranteed and may vary:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5–15 minutes following approval
• Standard Bank Wire Transfer: typically 15–60 minutes following approval

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the User's own name
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fulfilled
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold
• No active compliance review or account investigation must be in progress

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

ada99 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current applicable limits are displayed within the User's account dashboard. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of the ada99 loyalty programme.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ada99 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses apply to casino games only and may exclude live dealer tables, certain jackpot titles, and sports betting.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ada99 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent termination, along with potential forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Collusion with other players, whether to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void
• Chargebacks initiated through payment providers in bad faith
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation methods

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability provisions are not permitted in full, ada99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension & Termination

ada99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Identification of the account holder as a minor or as a person subject to self-exclusion
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements

Upon termination, any verified funds in a User's account balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review, unless forfeiture is legally justified.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting ada99 customer support. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ada99 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
